Manufacturing sheet metal in Peenya since 1997.

Mr. R.V.S. Reddy founded Sri Sai Industries in 1997. Over the years we have steadily invested in the plant — AMADA laser and bending machines, Fanuc robotic welding, and a complete in-house surface treatment line.

We supply enclosures and fabricated structures to OEMs in automation, machine tools, railways, and telecommunications. Clients include DMG Mori, Swagelok, Bharat Electronics, and Graziano.

Cutting & Forming

Three AMADA laser platforms — CO₂ and fiber — and three hydraulic press brakes to 100T/3m. Ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Surface Treatment

Surface Treatment

7-tank phosphating, passivation, primer, and conveyor powder coating with baking ovens at 200°C. All operations carried out in-house at our Peenya facility.

Welding & Assembly

MIG, TIG, spot, ARC, and Fanuc robotic welding for high-volume components. Full assembly with a quality check at each stage before dispatch.

What you get when you work with Sri Sai.

Accuracy at every stage
Our laser cutting holds ±0.05mm, and bend angles are checked to ±0.1° after every press brake setup. If a part falls outside specification, we correct it before the batch moves to the next stage.

Every process under one roof
Laser cutting, bending, welding, grinding, phosphating, powder coating, and assembly are all carried out at our factory in Peenya. Because we don't subcontract, lead times stay predictable and quality remains in our hands at every step.

Equipped for production volumes
We operate three CNC lasers up to 2.5kW, three press brakes up to 100 tons, MIG, TIG and Fanuc robotic welding, and a conveyorised powder coating line. Our team of 105 works Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

Long-standing customer relationships
We have supplied OEMs such as DMG Mori, Swagelok, Bharat Electronics, Graziano, and Micromatic Grinding for many years, with much of our work coming from repeat orders.
