Manufacturing sheet metal in Peenya since 1997.

Sri Sai Industries was established by Mr. R.V.S. Reddy in Peenya, Bangalore. The business has grown through continued investment in CNC machinery, surface treatment, and welding capability.

We supply enclosures and fabricated structures to OEMs in automation, machine tools, railways, and telecommunications. Clients include DMG Mori, Swagelok, Bharat Electronics, and Graziano.

Cutting & Forming

Three AMADA laser platforms — CO₂ and fiber — and three hydraulic press brakes to 100T/3m. Ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Surface Treatment

Surface Treatment

7-tank phosphating, passivation, primer, and conveyor powder coating with baking ovens at 200°C. All operations carried out in-house at Unit 2.

Welding & Assembly

MIG, TIG, spot, ARC, and Fanuc robotic welding for high-volume components. Full assembly with a quality check at each stage before dispatch.

Precision on every job
Laser cut to ±0.05mm. Bend angle checked after each setup. Parts that don't meet spec are reworked before they move to the next stage.

All processes in-house
Cutting, bending, welding, surface treatment, and assembly are all carried out at our two Peenya facilities. We don't subcontract any part of the process.
