Three AMADA hydraulic press brakes, configured per job. Bend angle is verified after every setup — ±0.1° tolerance. Parts outside tolerance are corrected before the job continues.

A full surface treatment facility at our Peenya plant. The 7-tank phosphating process prepares the metal surface chemically, followed by a conveyor powder coating line with baking ovens. No subcontracting.
