Three CNC laser platforms — CO₂ and fiber. Dimensions are checked after every cut before sheets advance to forming. Maximum capacity is 1.55 × 3.07m.

Three AMADA hydraulic press brakes, configured per job. Bend angle is verified after every setup — ±0.1° tolerance. Parts outside tolerance are corrected before the job continues.

A full surface treatment facility at Unit 2 in Peenya. The 7-tank phosphating process prepares the metal surface chemically, followed by a conveyor powder coating line with baking ovens. No subcontracting.
